Mr. Block has lived in Vero Beach since 1945 and has been an active member of many local initiatives, including Dollars for Scholars, The Education Foundation and the Vero Beach Museum of Art. Mr. Scarpa is a Member of the Board of Directors of Indian River Charter High School. Mr. Horner has spent his entire life in Vero Beach and serves as a Member of the Kiwanis Club of Vero-Treasure Coast. Mr. Kissner is also a life-long resident of Vero Beach. He acts as the current President of the Rotary Club of Vero Beach Oceanside and is a member of the Indian River County Foundation for the Elderly.
