Anthony J. Aragona, III

Anthony J. Aragona, III is a skilled litigation attorney, practicing in both the state and federal courts of south Florida for over 25 years, with expertise in diverse areas of the law, including Commercial Litigation, Creditor’s Rights and Remedies, Banking Litigation, Probate Litigation, Construction Defect Cases, Collection of Judgments, Creditor’s Side Bankruptcy and Appellate Practice. Having worked with both small and larger law firms, and having maintained his own practice for the past 13 years, Anthony understands how to meet the needs of large, institutional clients as well as smaller businesses and individuals. 

Anthony received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the State University of New York at Albany, and went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law in 1994. He is admitted to practice in the state of Florida, as well as the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts in the Northern, Southern and Middle Districts of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. 

Anthony is the third generation of attorneys in his family, and has been around the practice of law since he was very young, learning from both his grandfather and his father. He approaches the practice of law with a practical, efficient and results-oriented focus, and has helped numerous clients prevail in litigation, collect on judgments, and has successfully defended clients in state and federal litigation at both the trial and appellate levels.

Anthony enjoys traveling, attending concerts and shows, cooking, fitness, fine dining and spending quality time with his wife and pets.
