About Samantha Whitley

Samantha Critton Whitley joined the firm in 2018. Prior to joining the firm, Samantha served as an Assistant State Attorney for the Nineteenth Circuit State Attorney’s Office where she was responsible for the prosecution of criminal cases. During her almost five years of service, Samantha tried over 45 jury trials, over 100 bench trials, and worked in both the Fort Pierce and Vero Beach offices. Samantha served as a Certified Legal Intern in the Spring of 2013 for the Eight Judicial Circuit in Stark, Florida. She also served as a legal intern for the Federal Magistrate Judge, the Honorable Ann E. Vitunac, of the Southern District of Florida in the Summer of 2011.

Samantha earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and her Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in History, cum laude, from the University of Florida. Samantha focuses her practice on all areas of civil and probate litigation.
