About Tyler G. Puttick

Tyler G. Puttick was born and raised in Vero Beach, Florida. He joined Block & Scarpa in 2014 and works in all areas of the firm, but focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration, guardianship, and small businesses.

Tyler earned his Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law, where he was part of the selective Elder Law Concentration Program and the Elder Law Society. He Received a Certificate of Concentration in Elder Law signifying his high degree of ethics and competence in Elder Law issues such as Trusts, Estate Planning and Guardianship.

While attending Stetson University College of Law, Tyler completed an internship with the District Attorney’s Office in the 12th Judicial Circuit. His work focused on assisting the office in prosecuting Elder and Animal Abuse. Tyler  holds his undergraduate degree in History from the University of Florida.

Tyler is admitted to practice law in Florida. He is a member of the Indian River County Bar Association and the Real Property, Probate and Trust, and Elder Law sections of the Florida Bar. He is also a member of the Young Lawyers Division of the Indian River Bar Association and a member of the Indian River Estate Planning Council.
